Location information may also be collected to support order management and service functionality within the campus environment. The application may request access to camera, storage, location, and notification permissions strictly for operational purposes such as uploading profile photos, handling app data, enabling service features, and sending order updates.

Personal information is used to create and manage user accounts, verify identity, authenticate logins, and ensure secure access to services. Location data may be utilized to improve service efficiency and ensure proper order handling within designated areas. In addition, limited data may be used to display advertisements within the application. Under no circumstances is user data sold or used for unrelated commercial exploitation.

Agnel Cafeteria does not sell, rent, or trade user personal information to third parties. Specifically, transaction and user details may be shared with the Accounts Department of Agnel Polytechnic Vashi for accounting, reconciliation, auditing, and financial record maintenance. Payment-related information is securely transmitted to Razorpay for processing transactions, and such processing is governed by Razorpay’s own privacy and security standards. The application may also display advertisements through third-party advertising services, which may collect limited device-related data using cookies or similar technologies. We do not control the data handling practices of these third-party advertising services and encourage users to review their respective privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, regulatory authorities, or institutional compliance obligations.
